Effective July 2026 · Bad Bitch World is operated by Phoenix Business Solutions ("the Club," "we"). By creating an account or purchasing a membership you agree to these terms.
1. Membership
Bad Bitch World is a women-led social club; membership is intended for women aged 21+. Membership is personal and non-transferable. Tiers, pricing, and inclusions are listed on our membership page and may change for future purchases; active memberships keep the terms they were purchased under. The Founding (Black Card) rate is locked for as long as the membership remains continuously active.
1a. Guests, Partners & Children
Many events are open to members' partners (husbands, boyfriends, or a member's own guest) and to children. Adult guests attending open events do so under the member's paid membership per our guest rules. Children are always welcome free of charge at events marked "open," but must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a responsible adult member. The member is fully responsible for the conduct and safety of any guest or child she brings. Some events are marked "ladies only" and are limited to women members and their adult female guests. Events involving alcohol are 21+ regardless of audience.
2. Billing
Payments are processed by Stripe. Monthly memberships renew each month and annual memberships renew each year until cancelled. Charges appear as "BB WORLD." Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
3. Events & Assumption of Risk
Club events may include physical activities (including but not limited to paddleboarding, hiking, horseback riding, rafting, archery, and similar). Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. You agree to assess your own fitness for any activity, follow venue and instructor rules, and sign any activity-specific liability waiver required by the Club or the venue before participating. A member bringing a minor assumes all risk on the minor's behalf and must sign the waiver as the minor's parent or guardian; a member bringing an adult guest is responsible for ensuring that guest signs any required waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, you release the Club, its owners, and its organizers from liability for injuries or losses arising from voluntary participation in events, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
4. Points & Card Levels
Points and card levels are a loyalty program, not currency. They have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and may be adjusted for error or abuse. Earning rules and level thresholds may be updated; we'll apply changes prospectively.
5. Guests, Partners & Minors
Members may bring guests, partners, and children only to events designated as open to them, and only while holding active paid membership. Children attend free but must be accompanied and directly supervised by their parent or guardian at all times; the Club does not provide supervision or childcare. The member assumes full responsibility for the safety, conduct, and any liability waivers of every guest, partner, and minor she brings. For any minor participating in an activity, the accompanying adult signs the waiver on the minor's behalf.
6. Conduct & Removal
Membership may be suspended or terminated for violations of the Club Rules, harassment, or conduct that endangers members or the Club. Removal for cause is not refundable beyond what the Refund Policy provides.
7. Content & Photos
Photos and video are taken at events and may be used in Club marketing and the members' portal. Tell your event host if you'd like to opt out of marketing use; we'll honor it going forward.
8. General
These terms are governed by Colorado law. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms; continued membership after notice constitutes acceptance. Questions: hello@badbitch.world.
