Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective July 2026 · Plain English, because we're like that.

Monthly membership ($20/mo)

Cancel anytime from your billing portal. You keep access through the end of your paid month. No partial-month refunds.

Yearly membership ($199/yr)

Full refund within 7 days of purchase if you haven't attended an event. After 7 days or after attending, no refund — but you keep full access through your paid year, and you can turn off renewal anytime.

Black Card — Founding ($499/yr)

Same 7-day window as yearly, provided the founding kit has not shipped. Once your kit ships or you attend an event, the purchase is final — there are only ten of these, ever. Founding rate lock requires continuous membership; if it lapses, the rate is gone.

Events

Event costs paid to venues (rentals, tickets, reservations) follow the venue's own policy and are generally non-refundable. RSVP responsibly — no-shows on limited-capacity events may affect your ability to RSVP to future ones.

Points, kits & merch

Points have no cash value and are not refundable in any form. Merch sales are final except for defects — we printed it, we'll make it right. Email hello@badbitch.world with a photo.
